"The Greenway guys are always very responsive. Apart from all the general building works, refurbing, kitchen installation and decorating, they also investigated why we always had problems with our windows. They discovered it was the window seals under the frames on the outside and fixed every single window in the whole building with the ideal solution.

The team are great at working on their own initiative and don’t need micro-managing, which is a bonus when we are so busy here. I’ve always found Greenway to have good flexibility when we need them. We can leave them with an idea, and they get on with it. They always get everything sorted out when we require it, even in urgent situations.

One thing that has stood out is that the boss always quality checks the work after every session, ensuring everything is finished to the best standard. He spots things I wouldn’t. They do a little extras too - Karol replaced some of our damaged ceiling tiles free of charge as they were left over from another job they did. Little things like that go a long way with me, so I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them."
