Early Days
Greenway didn't start big. They grew from a humble beginning in early 2000. Karol and his brother Jakub Toronczak were skilled tradesmen in their home town of Czestochowa, Poland. They both worked in their family construction business from an early age. They developed their construction skills as they worked through the ranks, working as apprentices on the shop floor to running the family business with their father.
After honing his stonemasonry and carpentry talents and needing to spread his wings, Karol came to Bournemouth in 2004 and quickly established KT Property Home Improvements Limited. KT Property developed prosperous relationships with other local building firms, and soon the projects were getting more significant.
Karol recruited several skilled labourers and professionals to join his team. As they grew, a more corporate image replaced KT Property and became Greenway Poole Ltd in 2018.

Greenway now employs over twenty contractors & sub-contractors, six self-employed consultants, and five full-time employees. With rapid expansion in the last two years, job opportunities are always available.
